Red Cross of Constantine KHS Commander Sash

This Red Cross of Constantine KHS Commander Sash is mde from 10cm white white moire ribbon with black tassels. It is ambroidered with a black eagle looking backwards and walking to theleft above which is a black imperial crown. Below the eagle is the emblem of St. John emdroidered in silver thread, which ismrayed trianlge within an interlacedand parallelogram contained in a triple circle. Below this are two black crosses potent, one in the centre of the other, contained in a lozenge of black cord.
