By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and condtitions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the version displayed at the time of your order will apply. These terms and conditions include our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and do not affect your statutory rights.

Payment
​
All items must be paid for at the time of ordering via our secure onine checkout system. We accept major payment methods icluding Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, and VPay. Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes.​

Site Images
​
We aim to represent the products listed on this site in the best way possible. However, due to variation in the screen settings of individual customer's screen displays, their appearance may differ. Please take this into account when making your choices.

Materials
We do our very best to keep the materials used in the construction of our hand made products consistent. Please be aware that from time to time changes have to be made due too availability of components. For example, the type or design of fitments such as hinges, knobs and catches on boxes. Any modifications will be matched as closely as possible to the original product image. Also availabilty of the timber used may be an issue. If this is the case, we will advise you on a suitable alternative. Also be advised that our suppliers may also make changes to their products without notice.

Custom Orders and Pricing

All prices listed include approproate taxes. Delivery charges will be given at checkout. Bespoke items which are not included in our usual listings, will be quoted individually, with prices and shipping costs detailed in writing.

Order Acceptance
​
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. The contract is complete when we dispatch your order. If for whatever ereason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded appropriately.

We promise not to send you promotional emails without your consent. If you wouldd like to receive updates, offers, or product news you can opt in via our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. We repect your privacy and process your data in accordance with UK GDPR.

Where it may apply, all brand names, images and content on this website are the property of their respective owners or are used with the the permission thereof. You may view and download material for presonal use only. Amy commercial use requires written permission from the appropriate owners.

Errors and ommisons

While we strike for accuracy in all content and documentation, occasional errors may arise. These do not affect your stautory rights and we are not liable for loses arising from reliance on such information, except where we can not exclude liabilty by law.

Force Majeure

We can not be hald repsonsible for delays and damaged caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natutral disasters, transportation interruptions, or supply chain disruptions.
