This Royal Arch Provincial Collarette is made from 5cm wide tricolour ribbon in light blue, crimson and dark blue with gold braid and half dome at the bottom. It has a swivel hook for attaching the appropriate rank collar jewel and a hook at the rear for secure attachment to a jacket collar.
