This Scarlet Cord 4th Grade Breast Jewel consists of a tricoloured ribbon of red, white and black, from which is suspended a gilt representation of the Ark of the Covenenant. the jewel has a stickpin on the back or attaching to a jewel holder, which can be pirchased separately. To be elligible for this grade, a brother must have served as as President of a Consistory.
