Scarlet Cord Provincial Collarette (Past)

This Scarlet Cord Provincial Collarette (Past) is yellow with scarlet edging and resembles the active rank collarette but with the addition of a yellow rosette. It had a Vecro fastening at the back and a swivel hook at the apex for attching a collar jewel.
